I accept no intention of paying for service. I just demand the right guidance so I can effigy it out. I've ever repaired my own PC issues. I too programme and then I am not figurer illiterate. At present, here is the outcome:
I can't assign a alphabetic character to the external, because the organization won't permit me. How tin I use CHKDSK if the drive doesn't take an assigned letter? That is the issue I have. I tin't even initialize it in DISK MANAGEMENT, What I do know is that the Toshiba external has BAD CLUSTERS. I ran a scan using a program.
What tin I practice to fix this? Whatever ideas? I tried to assign it a letter using CMD but it wouldn't piece of work since I couldn't even admission the volume.

Last time I was on the forums, everyone said the same thing and said to take my PC to a professional. My pc had the blue screen of expiry. For three days I tried everything. Then, I got creative. I booted the PC with a USB that had Windows Media Cosmos. Adjacent, I went into CMD and formatted the C drive and converted the main bulldoze to MBR. I restarted the PC and used USB to launch Windows Media Creation and it installed but the system kept on looping, so I unplugged the USB and restarted the PC and information technology worked, and took me to the HELLO SCREEN where I signed into my Microsoft account and logged into my WIFI and I finished installation process.
The point is that there is a way. Accept my case, I STRUGGLED FOR 3 DAYS, for hours and hours and hours trying to repair my PC and anybody told me to take it to a repair store. For what? So they can charge me $300 for a chore that takes less than thirty min with the cognition. That'south called STEALING FROM SOMEONE, especially from someone who is broke like me.
There is a way to fix my EXTERNAL HARD Drive. I just have to figure it out. That's all. I have to get creative like the mode I did when I fixed my PC.
